Why do I need to file Year End Accounts?

Businesses are required to produce a set of accounts at least once per year. These accounts will form the basis for the tax return which tells HMRC how much tax is owed. It also helps business owner in decision making process as Year End accounts can identify the areas need attention.

What if I do not submit my Year End Accounts?

Year End Accounts must be submitted to Companies House and HMRC.
